The Incident Tracking Manager was created to help venue managers and employees document each incident accurately and efficiently, as well as track and use information to prepare for future events. The system was designed with input and assistance from industry professionals and law enforcement.

Incident Tracking provides all forms required to report and track incidents such as: physical altercations, alcohol-related problems, theft, patron incidents, and facility ejections.

In most facilities, forms are manually filled in, Polaroids taken, reports are then rewritten by office staff, with copies forwarded to insurance companies, police, and fire departments as needed. This module fully automates the creation, distribution and statistical reporting required by facilities in tracking incidents.

Up to 4 digital photographs can be stored for each incident and detailed, secure individual notes can be entered to track the disposition of any venue incident.
