The ABI MasterMind™ Event Booking module allows a venue to easily schedule all event and non-event activity. The ability to book, place on hold, reserve tentative, single or multiple dates quickly and effortlessly can be accomplished through the system. Hold and tentative dates can be prioritized for booking ease. Each event or non-event activity is associated with the entire venue, room(s) within the venue, other event areas (e.g. parking lots, commons) and individual event categories, allowing trouble-free management of multiple events a venue may have in its building(s) and/or rooms(s). A visual event calendar is quickly printed in either list or true "calendar" format, with a feature that expands the calendar dynamically for multiple event days.

You can rapidly place multiple dates on hold, tentative, or booked with the ability to generate calendars or listings for submissions to teams, leagues, or tenants that require confirmation of event activity for a given time period. Only authorized individuals are allowed to see hold or tentative dates as directed by the venue. The event data can be simply transferred to other systems to reduce the tedious process of duplication and calendar maintenance.

Managing engagements is a snap with the Event Booking module. All aspects of the engagement as well as customer and promoter information is easily tracked and displayed. Deposits, insurance requirements, key contact information, all events booked for the engagement, contract creation, and more are handled in this module.
